About William Monterosso

William Monterosso is one of those results oriented people who believes that “getting it done” means working hard to elevate the team while holding true to the spirit and standards of the organization. He is not one to rest or accept “less than” but rather holds everyone around him accountable to a higher standard. This expectation has helped him to build and enhance service in all positions he has held. It has resulted in promotions and several high profile positions.

There is a relatively small segment of leaders who seem to be able to quickly build rapport and trust with anyone they meet. William Monterosso is one of those people. Not only is he able to connect with others, but he is then able to grow that relationship into collaboration and partnership moving things forward to the next level.

Soon after graduating high school, William proudly joined the United States Marine Corps and was stationed and served in Japan. It was the Marine Corps that helped to shape his leadership and team building skills. After the military, he transitioned into civilian life and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in only 2.5 years. William was the first member of his family to complete a college degree. From that time forward, he has continued on a path of successive growth.
